The cancellation policy 14/7 day
Our cancellation policy has been relaxed to give you the confidence to plan ahead.
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
100% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
50% refund (minus service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
All cancellations must be made by 11:59 pm in the property’s time zone to fall within the cancellation policy.
Check-in and check-out
Check in – 16:00 o’clock
Check out – 11:00 o’clock
Early check in or a late check out are only possible upon availability.
Use of sauna and Jacuzzi
Both facilities / sauna and Jacuzzi/ are on your disposal every day from 9:00 to 21:00 o’clock, kindly note that facilities as well as the garden are common for both villas. Capacity of the sauna is up to 5 people and Jacuzzi can be used by 4 people at the same time.
Use of the facilities is on your risk and responsibilities.
Any violation of terms and conditions may cause cancellation of your stay or additional charges.
Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
Cleaning practices
- Cleaned with disinfectant.
- Minimum 6hours vacancy between guest stays.
- Check in and check out with no person-to-person contact.
- All towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF.
- High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (like countertops, light switches, handles, and faucets).
- Follows industry health association: Sanitary Protocol (UNPLV – Bulgaria).
- Follows regional health guidelines: MH Clean (Bulgaria)

Pet’s disclaimer
We knows you want the best for your best friend. That is why we have made it easy for your pet to travel with you, they will have all the possible home comforts including special amenities and our famous hospitality.
Our in-room amenities package includes sleeping mats and bowl for food. We can provide you with additional amenities upon request and availability with an advance notice and on extra fee.
Our pet friendly hotel policy
Small to medium pets only – less than 20 kilograms.
We can accommodate not more than one pet in a room/suite.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on chalets and in the neighborhood. Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet.
Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the chalets, its owners and its operator from all liability
and damage suffered as a result of the guest’s pet.
The chalets reserves the right to charge guest’s account commensurate to the cost of such damages.
The hosts reserves the right to evict the guest and pets from the hotel premises if and whenever required with no prior notification.
Service animals accompanying persons with disabilities are always accepted.
